Each individual person may register and maintain only one Player Account on Raya24. Raya24 employs identity verification and device fingerprinting tools to detect and prevent duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Raya24 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Upon registration, you will be issued login credentials (username and password) for exclusive use by yourself as the registered account holder. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your Player Account.
Raya24 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises against using easily guessable credentials. Where two-factor authentication is available, Players are encouraged to enable this feature.
You must notify Raya24 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Raya24 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to implement reasonable security measures or has shared their credentials with a third party.
Account Security Notice: Raya24 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.
Raya24 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Raya24 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposits received from third-party sources will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees, and may result in account review or suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raya24 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
Raya24's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
Raya24 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Raya24 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
Raya24 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between a Player and Raya24, the Player is encouraged to first contact our support team to attempt informal resolution. Dispute Notice: All formal complaints must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.
